About Digital Help
Are Digital Help tools free?
Yes. All calculators are completely free, with no signup and no usage limits.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. The tools work immediately in your browser, without an account or download.
Is my data stored?
The data you enter (e.g. in the leave tracker) is stored only on your device, locally in your browser. It is not sent to us and nobody else can see it.
Do the tools also work for Kosovo?
Yes. Tools that depend on laws or currency have separate versions for Albania and Kosovo, with the relevant rates (e.g. 20% VAT in Albania, 18% in Kosovo).
How accurate are the results?
Results are indicative and based on published rates. For official decisions (taxes, loans, salaries), always consult the relevant institution or bank.
Can I embed the calculators on my website?
Yes. Each tool has an “Embed on your site” button that gives you embed code to display the full, functional calculator on any website.
Are exchange rates and prices updated?
Yes. Exchange rates, fuel prices, and gold/crypto prices are automatically retrieved several times per day from market sources.
Do the tools work offline?
Most calculators work offline after the page has been opened once. Only tools with live data (rates, prices) require an internet connection.
