About this digital tool

An annual leave tracker helps employees and small teams see how many vacation days are available, booked and remaining. It combines leave bookings, weekends and public holidays into a calendar view so clashes are easier to spot. The result is not payroll software; it is a practical planning tool for checking whether a requested period fits the available balance. For teams, the clearest workflow is to add people, set the yearly allowance, enter holidays, then export the plan for review or record keeping.

How to use

  1. Add each person and their yearly leave allowance.
  2. Check or adjust the public holidays.
  3. Add leave bookings on the calendar.
  4. Export the result if you need a file for records.

Frequently asked questions

Does the tracker include weekends?

Yes. The calendar separates working days from weekends so leave usage is easier to review.

Can I export the leave plan?

Yes. The tool supports common export formats for sharing and record keeping.

How many days of annual leave do employees get in Albania?

The Albanian Labour Code sets a minimum of 20 days of annual leave (Article 100), and most contracts give 22 days. Check your own contract, as it may give more.

How is leave accrued each month?

Divide the total leave days (for example 22) by the 12 months of the contract: 22 ÷ 12 ≈ 1.83 days a month. Rounding follows the company's policy.
